Ideally, I want to create an application that can configure the AP via the internet. I want to configure some kind of login before the user can access to the internet.
Example: watch a video, click on a banner or log in by social media…

If I understand correctly your requirement you need APIs for configuring Guest Access Portal with login credentials. This is not currently possible through APIs .
