Can someone explain what this Icon is telling me? I have seem it on the dashboard showing less that the usual full bars.

It shows the overall signal strength of clients which are connected to AP. this takes SNR of clients togthere into consideration and based on that AP populates RF quality level .
If there are some clients which are having poor SNR , then this will be dragged to lower number of bars. when all connected clients has good signal strength this will be high.

Thank you. Now I understand. It has nothing to do with the RF quality of the AP.
and when no clients are connected, what it shows???
