What is the best way to isolate a router that is plugged in backwards on your network?
900 system with 10 APs behind an Imagestream router. All AP’s are set to “Enable Options 1” on the SM isolation check box.
Any ideas??

set the bootp server protocol filtering on the sm in question and it will block all dhcp coming out of that anenna
now that wont block the outbound dhcp request and inbound dhcp assignment right? it just wont allow it to be a dhcp server ont he network.
yes it can still recieve dhcp from outside-in but not the other way around.
All updates to SM’s are complete…The trouble is cleared…Thanks for the help
