We have 3 new RV22’s, I had no issues claiming them to my personal cloud account but I am unable to connect them to our company’s on_premises cnMaestro we have almost 3000 devices being monitored so it is something we have experience with.

Hi , the RV22 APs are not support on cnMaestro On Prem version. The RV22 APs are supported in cnMaestro Cloud.

Currently there is no planned support for the RV22 APs on cnMaestro On Prem.
