Does anyone know how to turn off the notifications for RV22 home routers? I’m getting way too many emails about customer’s routers going offline. I have the “Ignore cnPilot Home” option checked in the notification setting but that’s not actually doing anything. I still get alerts from cnPilot’s too.

Firstly, why the devices are going offline needs to be rectified and resolved.
Currently, the email notifications are based on the severity. We will raise this concern and get this resolved in subsequent releases.
Is it possible to move the RV22 devices under an MSP and not configure email notifications for this MSP? This is just a workaround.
