These plastic ethernet covers come off quite easily after deploying them into the field. Many of technicians report that these covers can easily come off and become lost even with careful handling. As a result of this, we have several of these units without plastic ethernet covers. It would be helpful if this piece could be sold separately. And possible for future production find a way to better secure the cover to the radio.
I second this post. They are easy to loose in the field or even in the truck, as they fall off quite easily.
