Has anyone been able to send automated performance reports from cnMaestro to a given destination via SFTP? This would be opposed to the email option.

Yes, We able to send reports via FTP/SFTP.
FYI,
Reports via FTP/SFTP have been in place for a long time. Recently, some customers requested their reports to be delivered via email, so that functionality has also been implemented.
Note: Transfer reports to FTP/SFTP server feature is available only in on-prem.
