Hi, I am trying to set a password for my wifi, but I can't sign in using the admin/admin username/password without being directly connected to the router with an ethernet cable. My computer doesnt have an ethernet port...Is there any other way I can sign in to set up a password?
Not to be a smartass, but maybe USB ethernet adapter? I hate them, but they usually work. I've used one on my Laptop, Android tablet, and Android phone successfully. PITA to need one for a one-off use, but it should serve the purpose.

On-board your router on cnMaestro cloud . And from there you can change SSID Password.
And enable UI access from wireless client , it is disabled by default in older firmwares . If you need any help with it raise a ticket on https://support.cambiumnetworks.com/ .
