Signal to noise ratio for epmp 1000

Good afternoon, I want to ask you a question of the EPMP 1000.
I am installing the AP and want to know what should be the SNR least in the AP for good service and not have to go down below the 64QAM modulation.

Thank you very much ...

Your probably going to want an SnR of around 30dBm.

Hi,

With ePMP 64QAM is actually three different Modulation and Coding Schemes - MCS13, MCS14 and MCS15. But yes, as Eric said, you want to have the SNR in the ballpark of 26-30 dB to achieve these rates. However, more than SNR, my recommendation would be to setup and align a link so that it achieves the best/strongest RSSI in both directions. ePMP will take care of selecting the best rate for each deployment using its advanced rate adapt and ARQ algorithms.

Thanks,

Sriram

Thank you very much for your answer, the reason for the question is that the subscribers are way too far and do not want to lose effectiveness network.
