Slow speed on E410

We have cnPilot e410 05 pcs cloud network which setup managment residence.My managment getting slow speed.We have some finding sir iphone 17 automatic connected 2.4 Ghz.Some times connected 5Ghz then working okay.Please give us tips.

Please enable band-steering with LOW mode configuration in WLAN profile.
