Hi,
I have a new deployment running the ePMP 3000 with Force 300-25.
5 x Force 300-25 connecting to the AP however I am experiencing slow up link speeds when running speedtests.
The downlink speeds are averaging 100Mbps whereas uplink speed rarely goes above 3Mbps.
I have also noticed that the modulation is mostly QPSK on the links.
I have set up the configs as per the standard however I have not been successful. Is interference a factor in getting these slow uplink speeds?
Thanks
Hi Cliff,
Please open a support ticket (Click “Raise Ticket” in the header here) and share TSF files from your AP and SM there.
Our team will analyze the data and will be happy to help with the problem.
Thank you!
Regards,
Oleksii
Interference will be a huge factor with link speeds. What frequencies are you using? We have been able to use either 5190 and 5230 with good links and if there is interference on the low end, we jump them up to 5745 up to 5875. Best thing to do is a spectrum analyzer from the SM’s and see what is out there. That will help you determine where you need to put your AP frequencies at to mitigate interference near the tower or near the subs.
