Does anyone know how to use the sm auto update feature on Canopy AP’s?
on the ap set the update address to your computer address or if NAT’ed to your routers ip address, save and reboot. then run CNUT put in the info of the ap, pick the package update ap. then run enable/disable auotupdate option under update list and run it to start updating ap’s
Does the SM have to have Public IP, matching SNMP strings, and/or matching root passwords?
pretty passwords have to be same, not too sure. doesnt have to have public ip or matching snmp
