I have a Force 4625 that was on cnMaestro but starting around 10am yesterday it shows down. The unit is actually online. It was running 5.9.0 RC14 just like others on the AP. I scheduled an upgrade to 5.9.0 last night of all APs and SMs which was successful. This morning that unit is still offline. I logged into it and the cnMaestro account ID has dashes, cnMaestro info was not showing on the config > System page and there as a message that read No DATA. I manually upgraded it to 5.9.0 and re-entered the cnMaestro info and got the same results and message. Same thing after a reboot.
Any ideas?
