I’m currently sitting with quoted problem on my network.

The SM’s are not registering on the AP.
Most likely severe interference. Might look at the spectrum analyzer and try to find a cleaner channel or turn on the auto channel thing and see if it picks a cleaner channel the works ( the spectrum analyzer is kind of hit or miss most of the time) .
Select all in Configuration >> System >> System loggining and save on AP and SMs.
then in Monitor >> System loggining check if there some messages regarding connection attempts and disconnected reasons.
