I can't use the spectrum analyser feature on Force 200. Application failed to install.

You have to install Java JRE to be able to run Spectrum Analyzer application.

Similar problem. New installation just being tuned up. I don't know what frequencies are clear and which aren't, and we're up 90 feet. So I definitely want to use the Spectrum Analyzer. I went into Java and did the override to add the IP addresses of the APs in question. The window opened, but then popped up a box "CONNECTION REFUSED". FWIW I'm reaching it via OpenVPN; we don't put the management on the public Internet. Java 8_161, Windows 7.
