Static on R-Series ATA Lines?

How many others are having issues with static on the ATA lines? 

I periodically have a customer contact me and say their phone line is too static to use... and a reboot fixes the problem. It has happened at my house with my test router, but I cannot replicate the situation.

Who else has seen this, what fixes are available?

 Could you let us know,  if you are having issues with  electrostatic on ATA lines .  Also let us know on which  R-Series device(R190 or R200 or R201)  you are seeing the issue

I have experienced this with the R200 and R190V on separate ocasions. I do not have any phone customers on the R201, so I am not sure if it would happen there.

Hi 

Till now, our customer has not observed/reported this behaviour,   Please check the electrical grounding of the power line socket of home.
