This issue is seen in onPremises server or cloud server. Can you please share more details on cnMaestro and device firmware versions being used. If this is cloud server can you please send the account invite to krishna.reddum@cambiumnetworks.com for troubleshooitng the issue.

Hi ,

We tried to login using the invite sent by you , but after logging in i saw that i was invited as Monitor user where we cannot check which devices are stuck in updating state from the onboarding queue. Can you please change the permissions from Monitor to Administrator or send us the MAC address of the device stuck in onboarding state to my mail id given earlier to rectify the issue.
