it depends on your traffic structure and what exactly happens. It can be your configuration as well. Like using Pseudo Wire without Control Word. Some other corner cases related to parsing a packet overhead. Hardware Acceleration is what allows to pass x2 of life traffic on the same HW.
So, in any case I would like to fix it exactly for you! Techsupport files will not help much.
Please, PM if we can have a remote session in the nearest future to isolate it in your environment.
Hi Andrii, Thank you for your reply. After disabling hardware accelaration, its work fine. Before that, I had many troubleshoots I made. It takes 2 days before I see the problem.

Were you seeing any functional issues with throughput actually dropping like that or was it only showing up on the graphs like that? i.e. did customers see drops from this as well?
We’ve had acceleration disabled on our 425 links for a while due to issues with it, we thought 5.10.1 resolved those issues
