Support Portal Issue

Not sure right “forum” however I am getting error when trying to log a ticket. Been happening for month.

I’m very sorry about this - it can happen if you change your Cambium Single Sign-On email address, but the help desk system already has separate user records for both the old and new email address. I will contact the customer support team and ask them to merge the records for your 2 addresses.
