Switching POE on E425

Hey there, is it possible to turn on/off the passtrough poe-port on E425H?
In the web-gui i can’t see a button like the one for example on E500’s gui.
The firmware on this device is 4.0 r17.
I need to restart a device, that is connected over this poe-port.

Unfortunately, e425 does not have a switch to enable/disable PoE out.
