Kindly help me, I have uploaded new software for XV2 AP series on on-premises cnMaestro, My intention was to update APs but most of the updates failed and now when I sync the AP group in cnMaestro it gives me this error “Failed Specified template is not valid JSON”

Could you check and let us know the versions of cnMaestro and the AP software image? Additionally, could you please export the AP group configuration file and share it with us to help understand the issue? Also, please download the AP tech support logs and send them to below mail id
