This SM's Cambium ID does not match the Cambium ID of the AP it is connected to.
Please factory default SM to reset it's Cambium ID
Noticed that one of our devices was showing Offline. I could successfully navigate to it, but noticed the above message on the General Status page. What is it? What caused it? And other than rolling a truck to default this SM how do I make the message go away?
Make sure, if in NAT mode, that the Remote Management Interface dropdown on the SM's Configuration/Nat tab is set to Enable (Standalone Config) and the settings are correct.
Clear the cnMaestro URL, Cambium ID and Onboarding Key entries on the SM's configuration/cnMaestro tab.
Perform a reboot.
The SM should pick up the info from the AP.
Why it changed? Don't know
If you've already tried the above, then I guess a trip may be in order. I've never had this problem.
