Time based WiFi turn off

Hello there,

I'm using 5 e410 and e430 with cnMaestro. How can I schedule WiFi turn off on some of my AP on a hour schedule?

Thanks

You can use schedule access configuration which is available under WLAN profile.

Below are the steps how to enable/configure schedule access on WLAN

1) Login to CnMaestro

2) Select the WLAN on which you want to enable schedule configuration

3) Navigate to Access Control Configuration under WLAN

4) There you can configure Schedule Access configuration(please see the attached image for reference)

Hi Planetcaravan,

Schedule Access feature availalbe in WLAN configuration will allow you to schedule the WLAN OFF/ON once in a day basis.

Attaching the screenshot of the configuration

Where was the follow up for times past 24:00???

Hi @Springs , there still is not cnMaestro UI support for multiple starts and stops for a given day so this still requires to be doe via user defined overrides.

Gary,

Maybe post an example on how to format it here.

looks like a lot of people search and find this thread.

I mean… did I format that right?

wireless wlan 4

!

It would be as below. As always with using User Defined Overrides with WLANs, you need to make sure you are referencing the correct wlan number (especially after you have added or removed wlans).
