Tingfire device not connecting

I have a tingfire device and it apparently is being blocked. The above link tells what is needed but I must be missing something. I know how to port forward if it is needed. I get the green light but it says it isnt online on their server and something is being blocked. Is there something I can do with the cnPilot R195W router to make this work?

Please share more insights on ISP connection type.

its a local wireless ISP and they said they are not blocking anything.

Configuration file.
Topology details (connection details with IP and port numbers).
SSH to router and share output from these two commands "iptables -L -v -n " and “iptables -L -v -n -t nat”
