First of all, sorry if someone already asked this question.
Using cnmaestro for some time now, i realized that there is no topology view feature that would be very helpful in troubleshooting the network and easily generate network infrastructure hierarchy. Other brands like UBNT have this feature set as i know.
So for example if you want to search where your end device is connected (tv, ip phone, or similar and for some reason you forgot it or didn’t noted it), you cannot do that unless you know exact network device (switch or AP) on which end device is connected.
So if we could have topology view from NSE for example, that would help a lot.
Also many times you need to generate reports for your clients and you cannot generate whole infrastructure into one excel file, you need to select device type list and export it, and repeat for all.
Anyone with the same needs?
