Trouble ticket system

Does anyone out there use a trouble ticket system to track customer calls and any problems they have or have had?

I’ve gone down the path of playing with rt.

I used ‘phpSupport’ for awhile until I developed my own. I think TT systems are nice simply for those who are extremely busy, short handed, and tend to forget certain things. =) It’s also nice to look back at logs of things and realize the percentage of calls originate from a pool of clients. Most of the systems I came across didn’t have something I was looking for…whatever it may have been. So I decided to create my own php/mysql/c/vb to help keep ‘communications’ between all departments open and to alert me of new problems instantly.
