Hello, I do customer service for a WISP using Canopy. I would like to get info on troubleshooting basic network problems. I would like to be able to do simple troubleshooting before I hand the problem over to operations. Any tips anyone can offer would be wonderful.

Susie, I’m afraid that is such a broad question I dont know how to reply. If you are looking for information on the canopy equipment you might want to try reading the user guides and white papers at http://canopywireless.com/library/index … =resources . Beyond that if you do not understand the basic of networking you might want to start with an online tutorial of networking such as: http://www.lantronix.com/learning/networking.html before you dive into the canopy manuals.
