I was wondering what is the typical bitrate using 802.11ay wifi direct over very short distances in a personal area network. Can 802.11ay used for “Lossless” video transfer matching 48 Gbps (HDMI max. rate) or 80 Gbps (DisplayPort max. rate)?
Max what is available now is about 5Gb/s on short links (v2000)
