Un Claiming Devices

Hi All,

Just need to un claim some devices that I need to send back to my dealer. Now I claimed the devices but thay are not onboared, cambium support has only suggested deleting from inventory but those are just onboarded devices and the items in question have not been onboarded just claimed. Thanks!

what's your RX power?
Did you have ATPC enabled?

Hi ,

As you indicated the devices are just claimed , please go to cnMaestro Home ->Onboarding Devices page and delete the devices
