Unable to add device in cloud

I have unclaimed ePMP Force 200 from cloud. i am trying to claim the device agin but its not connectiong to the cloud.

Please enable all the syslog flags in Configure->System->Syslog and send the device tech support dump  taken from Tools->Backup Restore page to krishna.reddum@cambiumnetworks.com

It was pleasure working on the ticket, we found that something on your network was blocking the tcp connection from device to cloud server and after you disabled the firewall rules, it helped the device to onboard successfully.
