Unable to enter 128-bit key in Archer 1.2.10

Hey guys,

Each time try to enter the authentication key for the PMP450 I get an error
"validation error
Please provide valid 128-bit key." And forced to used the default rather than customer option. However the SM fails to connect to the AP without the key. Can anyone asisst here, what am I doing wrong ?

Could you please share the below details?

1) Whether preshared 128 bit key entered is hex key?
2) Provide the steps followed to enter the 128 hex bit preshared key.
3) Provide the cnArcher logs and app config.
