yes, i have updated firmware 4.6.2, now i can’t login to my device. its says wrong username and passwords. i have same issue. i tried all browsers but no luck. Can someone help me how to reset ePmp 180 device without login or downgrade to old firmware without login?
is it the only one unit you have the problem with? Is it on-boarded to CnMaestro?
You can try to downgrade via SNMP. Or reset with “reset” button or power sequence.
