We have V5000 and V300 in one of our sites and when enable the E2E controller, the link between them is down. When the controller is disabled the link is up but we can’t reach the CN device.
Has any one encounter this issue

If you currently have a link between these devices, then you have an E2E controller running. You cannot have two E2E controllers managing the same MAC addresses. If you cannot reach the remote end of the link, then you have a IPV6 routing issue. The link can be up, but if the IPv6 address is wrong, or there is no route between the POP to DN/CN subnet, then its possible that the link is up, but the CN device is down.
