I have been trying to onboard my device to cnMaestro with no success, it keeps saying Connecting on the status and I can see the following on the syslog:

I have tried to redirect the TCP port but its the same behaviour.
1. DNS settings are proper on the device and whether you are able to ping the outside networks like google
2. Cambium ID and onboarding key is given properly on the device if the device is being on boarded using the Cambium Id, otherwise if the device is on boarded using serial number what status it shows after claiming through serial number. If it shows unknown device error when claimed through serial number please send us the MAC Address and Serial Number of the device as well as your Cambium ID details. So that we can check whether the device serial number is in our database so that it can get into the On boarding state
3. If the above things looks fine , please try to reboot the device once and check whether it works . Otherwsie please attach the complete syslog of the device in this message so that we can debug further

I had the same problem on my lab device. Could you please try with Cambium ID? I was able to onboard using Cambium ID. You have the option under Administration >> cn-Maestro.
Apparently this serial number is already owned by another account, so could you please provide us the exact error you got while claiming this serial number.
You can get the error detail by doing mosue hover on error icon as shown in below picture:
Deliberately I have masked the serial number in above example as serial number is a sensitive information. You can directly send details to my email id - ajay.singh@cambiumnetworks.com
