Unable to onboard device

I added my device to te cambium cloud with the serial number, but i can´t claim these device.
“Waiting for device” show´s in the cloud controller. I can ping the internet from the switch via SSH.

What exactly can you ping? Some public IPs or domain name? Can you ping cloud.cambiumnetworks.com?
Did you configured dns servers on the switch or via DHCP if using it?

If DNS is OK then maybe some firewall rules on the gateway?

Can you try change firmware on one device for test, upgrade or downgrade and try again?

Upgrade is not possible. Wont work.

No Firewall between switch and router

Hi. You may want to check the DNS settings on the equipment to be on-boarded. On-boarding needs to resolve Cambium’s URL. Ping only uses IP.

This suggests that the device is successfully resolving DNS. The format of the Error response appears to be coming from the cnMaestro front-end. You should probably raise a support ticket.

Edit: Never mind, I see that you did raise a support ticket and the issue was resolved after upgrading the firmware to 4.1.1 -r2.
