I can get access to the firmware update page, however when try to load the firmware apppers this message
So you’re trying to update the F400c with the ePMP-AX-v5.4.2.img located at https://support.cambiumnetworks.com/files/epmp_400_425/ and it’s giving you this error?

Yes, already try several version of AX firmware (5.4.2, 5.3.0 and 5.1) and with all of them show the same screen. my bet is that the U-boot was damage too, but I don’t know if there any other aditional recovery option that can be try it
How are you booting to this recovery state? Are you sure you are using the correct recovery files to netboot from?

The device just charge the recovery page after been powered on. Finally the device was submited by CN for RMA.
In that case there is definitely something wrong internally.
Since CN is going to RMA it, you havr your solution.
