Unstable signal ePMP 2000 and 3000

On some clients connected with ePMP 2000 and 3000 I see unstable signal as an attached image.
This problem is present in different locations, the firmware used is 4.3.2.1 and the clients are lhg5 elevate and force 180.
Anyone have an explanation?

Hello,

Could you please upgrade to the 4.4.3 or the latest 4.5 FW version?

Could be there are some obstacles between SMs and APs?

Thank you.

Hello,

I have updated the SM and AP to version 4.4.3 but the problem is the same.
There are no obstacles between AP and SM and the problem is present on some SM but not on all

Thank you

Hi, try lowering the output power of your epmp 3000/2000. In the specific case you have a very strong signal towards your CPE. It could solve the problem.

After a few hours from the update of both the AP and the CPE the signal seems much more stable so I think the problem has been solved even without changing the power, I attach image

Hi.  What version are you running now, exactly?

On AP ePMP2000 and on high LHG I now run version 4.4.3
I will also update AP ePMP3000 hoping for the same results

Hi CC-99,

Please post results with 4.4.3/4.5 on ePMP3000 back on this forum.

Thanks,

Dmitry
