Please proceed with upgrade from 3.2.0 to 5.0.0 directly. Its always recommended to try upgrade from UI.

Exporting cnMaestro data :
Before upgrading cnMaestro, Cambium recommends you to backup the data. The backup files are needed to restore to the previous version in case a failure occurs during the upgrade.
To take a backup of the data, in the cnMaestro UI, complete the following steps:
- Navigate to Administration > Server > Operations > System Backup and Restore > Backup.
- Click Generate Backup.
- After the status displays Complete, click the download icon to save the backup file.
