in CNmaestro, how do u update multiple SMs at one time?
On the left hand pane, click on the root of the group of devices you'd like to focus on updating. Then, under the 'Operate' top menu item, click on 'Software Update'. You should see a list of all the devices in that group. You can then go through and select some or all of the devices you'd like to update. Check 'Start Job Automatically' and then click the 'Add Software Job' button in the lower right corner.
