Upgrade 430 SM from 11.2

I have problem upgrading out 430SM’s from 11.2 to a newer version.
Have tried both 12.1, 12.2.2 and 13.1.1 on the AP.
Have CNUT 4.5.3.
CNUT says: Auto-Update Started (Status: 120) and then: Failed to set max file size (status: 256).

Upgrading PMP100 and PMP450 is ok.
The Release notes for 13.1.1 says:
“Auto update does not work when upgrading PMP 100 SMs and 5.4GHz PMP 430 SMs from 11.2 to 12.1. Workaround is to manually upgrade the SMs. Once on 12.1, auto upgrade will work.
This problem has been resolved in CNUT version 4.5.2.”

Martin,

With the version 4.5.3 of CNUT, is this the Linux version or the Windows version? If it is the Windows version, what Operating System are you running on? (e.g. Windows 7, Windows 8 64-bit) Do you have any firewall or anti-virus installed on the machine with CNUT?

* Do you have more that one network card on the PC or laptop you are using?
* Do you have specific hardware selected and what order is it in, on CNUT? (e.g. are P10 ahead of P11 radios)
* What is the order of the CNUT packages you have?
* Can you share the CNUT log as well as the AP/SM EVent log of the radios that are having issues?

Hello.
It’s the Windows version of CNUT. OS Windows 7 64-bit. No active firewall.
I have been using Canopy since 2008, and have upgraded all versions of hardware, PMP100 5,7 - PMP450 5,4 and 5,7, PMP450 without any trouble.
But now I have trouble autoupgrading PMP430, both 5,4 and 5,7 SM’s, to a newer fw than 11.2.

One network card.
Have tried different order of the hardware in CNUT.
Package order: OFDM, MIMO, PMP100, CMM

Do you have routable IP’s in your SM’s? If not, I have found that by putting a temporary routable IP into the SM and then having CNUT place it in the root, I was able to Upgrade Selected Element. Then remove the IP and put it in another unit, Update view and the Upgrade selected element. A real PITA but gets things up to date.
