Upgrading ePMP 3000, force 130, and force 300

I am lookin in the support downloads page. I see there is a v4.4.1 for the 1000/2000/100/110/180/190/200 that is tar.gz     https://support.cambiumnetworks.com/files/epmp1000_2000_ap/

But when i go to the 3000/300/130 I am not seeing a tar.gz     https://support.cambiumnetworks.com/files/epmp3000/

Is this file the same for all or can i not upgrade the 3000 through cnMaestro? or am I suppose to us the .img file.
