Uplink Capacity Drop Packets 70%

Hi,
on one ubnt elevate SM we have 70% Capacity Drop Packet on uplink
SM work in bridge mode fw version Version 4.6.0.1 replaces to other ubnt elevate SM not help.
Other SM did not have this problem
