Using 2.4, 5.2 and 5.7 Ghz AP's in a cluster without CCM.

Is it possible to use 2.4, 5.2 and 5.7 Ghz AP’s in a cluster without a CCM.
With each AP would operate in a different band would this eliminate the need for the CCM assuming power is applied seperatly and the correct SM in each sector? It is my understanding that the sync from the CCM in needed to prevent interferene when using more than 2 AP’s with the same frequency.

I think you are right. We are using 5Ghz backhauls right next to 2.4 or 900 ap without syncing together. Even if you need to sync, there is no need to use a cmm, just set one to generate sync and the others to receive thorough sync port, and tie them together through ground and I think pin 3, (check manual). Cmm is only needed to sync an entire system to another nearby.
