Using Prizm as a DCHP server for SM

Prizm has the ability to give the SM an ip address, but it is not working for me. I don’t want to go through and give everything a static ip, because that is a management nightmare. When I log into one of the SM, all it ever says is Initiating IP Discovery… Since that is under the LAN1 heading, is the SM looking for a DHCP server on the wired port?

I got it working. I ended up using a centos box as a dhcp server. the settings that I used on the SM is: under the IP tab, network accessibility public, dhcp enable. I am still curious why I could not get this going through prizm. Is DHCP in prizm only for NAT on the SM setups?

YES it works only with NAT :(
