I have a request or an issue. In other guest portals, when you create a voucher, its effective date is only once the customer has claimed it. That is if i say create a voucher for 7 days, and it is created today 4th November,2022 11:30am, it starts counting down the remaining time from now instead of when the customer has claimed it.
My request is, is it possible in settings (i have checked and not seen a provision) to change this such that the voucher effective time is when it is claimed and not from time or date of creation?
This is exactly what I’ve just been discussing.
Would be a great feature to add!
