What type of link was it? ie short, long, through trees, etc
I had a 3 mile link through a lot of trees that the M2 17db on a tripod w/ 10' pipe just couldn't cut it with. Switched over to a hyperlink and saw a 7db gain on the AP signal reading of the SM.
