Does anyone know where to purchase some used or cheap weather proof enclosures i need something big enough for ups backup and a couple of surge protectors and a 4 port switch?

Try WESCO or NEDCO and ask for a 4x enclosure. There many different makes. Stainless Steel, Fibre-Glass, PVC. You’ll probably need something that is about 16 x 16 x 8. I’ve seen ones about that size go about $65 (CDN) But we’ve used ones that were about $800 (CDN). Just depends on hwat you need/want.
If there isn’t a WESCO or NEDCO near you, just find a local Electrical or DataComm Distributor. They should have something or at least be able to order you what you need.
