The CCN number is a "Customer Contract Number" and is given to customers who have purchased a software maintenance contract.
To obtain a CCN, purchase a Software Maintenance Contract from your reseller - you will be sent an Entitlement ID.
Please contact Technical Support with your Entitlement ID, and a CCN will be generated for you.
You will then be able to access software freely from our website.
