Hi,

For PMP450m, in the designing stage using link planner 

what is the recommended frame period (2.5ms or 5ms ) for video surveillance !

Depending on your throughput needs, it shouldn't make much of a difference whether you use 2.5 or 5 ms frames.  5 ms frames allows for a bit more bandwidth, at the expense of some latency.  The added latency should not impact video streams.
