From what I have been hearing, it sounds like Google is likely going to be the SAS of choice.
The initial ICD trials are using Federated Wireless as the SAS and Federated will probably be the initial SAS provider going forward, with Google following very soon after.
You will not be able to split your network across multiple SAS providers.
can we change from one SAS to another?
Is there going to be any information released. maybe some screenshots, system requirements, etc? its getting pretty ridiculous at this point the lack of information on critical business impacting systems.
Many of these regulations are beyond the scope of Cambium influence, but you won't be able to switch between SAS providers at this point.
Also, the FCC is in charge of implementing CBRS; they make the rules and timeline for participation in the spectrum. We will continue to provide updates, as they are available, but there are an abundance of resources for CBRS requirements in general on the internet, and the specifics for the Cambium installation are available here: https://www.youtube.com/user/CambiumNetworksLtd/search?query=cbrs
We will be releasing more online training and resources as we get closer to the GAA date (moving target, but anticipated for early January 2020). https://learning.cambiumnetworks.com/
In order to participate in CBRS in general you must have at least one Certified Professional Installer (CPI) on staff.
The FCC has released its proposed procedures for the CBRS PAL auction, which will begin June 25, 2020. Here is a link to the document: http://www.berrybest.com/relay14.asp?df=090519&pf=DOC-359494A1.pdf

I can attest to Cambium having their hands tied in these regards, it's the same with other manufacturers as well, like Baicells. I've been following all of this closely, and sat in on many CBRS workshops at WISPAPALOOZA, and Cambium is as far along in this process as possible. There's really nothing more they can do ATM. Right now the best thing you can do is get your CPI, and if you have existing 3.65 stations in the field, get all the relevant information together from those installs in order to prepare to dump all that information into the SAS. You can also email Matt Mangriotis at Cambium and try to apply for an initial commerical deployment (ICD).
